This 4-hour tea tasting and Glutinous Rice Cake experience tour will let you know how to taste local tea and how to make best tea cake roughly.

Our accredited guide will bring you to join in an interesting glutinous rice cake（茶果子）making experience, in Chinese (it translated “Tea Glutinous Rice Cake”). Glutinous rice cake is a term for old Chinese-style confectionary in general. It was very popular in Tang dynasty (618 - 907), which is an unbaked premium sweet traditionally served with tea during the tea ceremony. The elaborate figure represents the seasons that it is eaten and may vary monthly.

In the mid-way, the "Yuantong Wonderful Realm (圓通勝景坊)" is a majestic archway built by General Wu Sangui (吳三桂) in 1669. Don't miss the exquisite stone carving on the pillars
