Have you ever been on a ski trip? Maybe, probably, hopefully!
But have you ever been on a ski touring trip where you are in the pure wilderness, alone with nature, with reindeer as sole neighbors, under the northern lights, and accompanied by an amazing guide that loves their job? Not sure!
This tour is tailored for those of you that want to get away from the crowded ski stations and want to explore the hills that you never dared to ski on! From valleys to hilltops, you'll be in total autonomy and in nature in this 5 days/4 nights expedition. We will stay at a hotel for 2 nights (the first and the last day), the other 2 nights we will camp and stay in our tents. You'll learn to set camp in the snow and get tips on how not to freeze, cook simple yet delicious food, and take the time to lay in the snow, during the night, and admire the show that offers the northern lights!

We meet at Mora train station and drive to Idre together. Let us know if you decide to go to Idre on your own!

What To Expect
Day 1: We will meet at Mora train station in the afternoon. We will then drive together to Idre. You can of course decide to go on your own by car, train or airplane! Once there we will directly fetch our gears and make sure everything fits you properly because once gone, there's no way back! Then it'll be time to check in at the hotel!
Day 2: We will drive further up the hills, towards Valdalen, in Norway! Our first goal is to reach a frozen lake next to Storslåga! It will give us a beautiful view of the landscape that we will be in for the next coming days. In the evening we will set up our camp. Time for warm food, good talks, and deep sleep!
Day 3: We'll continue towards Digerhogna. So appealing to ski on this huge creamy cake looking like! Once at Digerhogna, we will set up camp for the night!
Day 4: Early wake-up and off we go! This big hill you saw yesterday while watching the northern lights is of course our next goal! In the afternoon, we'll reach our van, probably all frozen and full of snow! Let's pack up the gear and drive to our hotel for this last night!
Day 5: Breakfast, pack our bags and we hit the road, back to Mora to catch your train to Stockholm!
