Athabasca Glacier

Walk along the most beautiful icefield promenade in the world, with mountains and valleys on both sides, passing by the surging Athabasca waterfall, and catch a glimpse of the majestic majesty of the waterfall. Take a giant glacier bobsleigh ride up the Athabasca Glacier, a 325-square-kilometre Columbia icefield where you can stand on 250 meters of ice, followed by a 280-meter-high glass skywalk with stunning views of the Sunwapta Valley.

Maligne Lake

Maligne Lake is the largest natural lake in the Canadian Rockies. Ringed by snow-and-ice-capped mountains, the 22 km long lake stretches past serene Spirit Island right to the melt-water channels of Coronet Glacier. An open forest of lodgepole pine and spruce, home of moose, Harlequin Ducks, and many other types of wildlife surround visitors at the north end of the lake. Here you may join a boat cruise (optional) to see the world famous Spiritual Island.

Its beauty has made it an iconic symbol of the Canadian Rockies and a must-visit destination for travelers (open from June to mid-October, subject to government hours).
