Cooking with us will allow you to experience the traditional food of Basilicata and immerse yourself in this wonderful part of Mediterranean countries. Live an exclusive cooking demonstration and immerse yourself in a 4-course private dining experience: do a typical Sunday meal, put your hands in the dough, and make 'orecchiette' pasta from scratch, learning how to do fresh pasta without using a machine, under the guidance of an expert local Chef. Cook and taste the most iconic Italian dishes together, with other lovers of our tradition, such as bread balls or Tiramisù. In the big kitchen, the living core of the Masseria 'Torre Sapgnola', you will share with us part of these secrets. At the end of the cooking course, you will bring home a rich and healthy heritage: you will learn the majesty of the hidden Basilicata, a land of great and healthy food habits, ancient traditions, magnificent extra-virgin olive oils, superb dishes, and wines.
