What To Expect
Embark on spiritual journey with horses. Live a daily a combination of yoga, meditation, and the equine yoga lifestyle, all while surrounded by the natural beauty of a permaculture, jungle horse farm. Each day will begin with a guided meditation followed by a yoga class in a beautiful Yoga Shala surrounded by pure jungle, living amongst monkeys and all types of birds. Later in the day you'll have the opportunity to work with horses in a variety of ways, including: Meditation & Pranayama Sharing Space, Mindfulness Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Sound Healing Crystal Bowls, Pranic Connection, Breath Connection with Riding, Connection at Liberty with Mutual Trust & Respect, Japa Chanting Mantras & Mudras, Ground Yoga with Horses at Liberty, Mounted Yoga & Swimming with horses on beach.
