The Valpolicella Ripasso is an intense ruby-red wine with forest floor, black cherry, and plum aromas, offering a robust and complex palate. Covina Rosso IGT harmoniously showcases Valpolicella's diversity with its distinct ruby-red color, floral and berry scents, and herbaceous, spicy, and bitter almond flavors. Amarone della Valpolicella features a deep ruby-red color, berry, jam, and cherry aromas, and flavors of vanilla, spices, licorice, and bitter almonds

What To Expect
During the visit to the cellar, we will tell you the history of our business and describe the particularities of the Valpolicella wines we produce. We will analyze our artisanal working method in an excursus that starts from the care of the vine and concludes with the wine production process.
After the tour, you will taste 3 glasses of red wines, a Valpolicella Ripasso, a Corvina (Red regional wine) and the King Amarone with a board of tasty cold cuts and cheese.
