What To Expect
Come visit a working food forest on Maui! This is a 4-Acre Coconut and Mango Orchard at the base of the West Maui Mountains at its back and the Pacific Ocean at its front. Sitting in a beautiful setting across from the ocean, sip on hot and cold teas that were grown on the land while you taste fresh pressed sugar cane juice, mangos, coconuts, and more, picked right off the trees in front of you! Learn the many uses of the coconut plant, "The Tree of Life." We have over 300 trees on site consisting of many varieties, along with incredible citrus, starfruit, and other fruits, vegetables, and plants that make this food forest a Maui gem. This 90-minute tour shows you how we are regenerating this 20-year-old orchard that was left defunct for almost a decade! We have been cleaning it up and using regenerative practices to restore it while diversifying the crops with a unique model of agriculture that harvests several layers of crops from under the trees as well as what’s on them, mangos and coconuts. World-class sunsets and photo opportunities.
