What To Expect
A / H (from the airport to the hotel) The driver will pick you up at the exit of the arrival hall with a tab with your name. The waiting time is up to 2 hours of actual arrival time. Pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided.
H / A (from the hotel to the airport) The driver will have a tab with your name in the hotel lobby. Pick-up time is 3.5 hours for international flights and 2.5 hours for domestic flights. Pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided.

• Unless otherwise noted, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time.
• Porter is not included.
• If the flight is delayed, check the flight information in advance and adjust the pickup time accordingly.

• Unless otherwise stated, one medium-sized bag is allowed per person. Baggage should be small enough to be carried by the customer. If your luggage is more than your car space, you need to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
