After a long day of travel, let our drivers handle your luggage safely and get you to your accommodation.
Your driver will have a welcome package for you with local information, a Bonaire map, and a list of activities you can do on the island.
Our drivers are local, and they love to share their knowledge about the island with our guests. Ask your driver any questions you may have about Bonaire; he will be happy to answer!
We were hoping you could make the most of your stay in Bonaire. In addition to airport transport, we'd be happy to assist you with booking tours & excursions, car rentals, or any other information you might need to make your stay on the island perfect!

Meeting And Pickup
Pickup details
Thank you for choosing Shekhinah Tours! Hotel or apartment Guests: For the meeting, please meet your guide at the reception, and if you are staying at an apartment; your driver will be at the address you provided on the booking Your guide will arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the start of your tour to pick you up. We will notify you if there are any changes. Cruise Ship Passengers: Your guide will welcome you with your first or last name on a sign in front of the cruise ship exit/entry gate where your ship is docked. Walking away from your ship, you will approach a security checkpoint gate. When you exit the gate, walk straight forward, and look straight ahead. Your guide will be there 15 minutes before the start of your tour to collect you. IMPORTANT: We are reminding you that ship and local times might differ. Please check it before the Tour starts time. Please Note: If your tour starts at 08:30 Local Time, your guide will pick you up 15 minutes (08:15) before the start time of your tour. Very IMPORTANT: If you don't see your guide with your name, please stay at the gate of your ship and do NOT walk away and look for your guide; let your guide look for you.
What To Expect
When booking with us for a transfer from the airport, please let us know your flight number, and then we will track your flight and be on time for the pick-up. We will pick you up and drop you at any hotel on the island.
When booking the transfer to the airport, let us know your departure time for us to drop you off on time.
We will wait for you at the airport; you can recognize us by the logo on our minivan. We will also be waiting for you with your name written on paper. At the hotel, we will stay with you at the reception.

- Before your transfer:
- As soon you walk out of the arrival hall you will see your guide standing with a sign with your first or last name on it.
- This is a small group of up to 7 people per vehicle. You will be in a shared van, car, or pick-up depending on the number of guests.
- Our prices include a 6% government tax.
- Our goal is for you to leave the Island happier than when you arrived.
- We want you to feel at home and comfortable on our island and recommend you bring the following for this tour:
- 1. Sun Protection: Sunscreen, Sunglasses
- 2. Dress comfortably for warm, sunny, and humid weather
- 3. Camera (of course!)

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
