Welcome to Annecy. Come and discover the Venice of the Alps through three unique activities: Treasure hunt: The Grand Tour. Go to Les Mystères du Lac to collect your game notebook! As a family with young children or with friends, explore the city of Annecy for 2 hours of adventure. You will discover all the mysteries of the city of Annecy as a team (2 to 5 players recommended). Please note, this game is not offered in a multi-team format and is therefore not intended for large groups. -10% discount on the first online escape game reservation with Les Mystères du Lac. Premium shopping reception: also go to the Courier shopping center. What To Expect
Treasure hunt (Le Grand Tour) and 10% reduction on any online activity reservation at Mystères du Lac. This code will be entered directly by the customer on the website when booking. To obtain your code: by telephone at and go to Les Mystères du Lac for the treasure hunt, 23 Rue Sommeiller, 74000 Annecy.
Premium shopping reception at the Courier shopping center: 65 Rue Carnot, 74000 Annecy.
Les Mystères du Lac: closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends. The game takes place mainly in the Old Town (alleys, banks of the Thiou, Place Ste Claire, etc.), the castle and ends on the banks of the Lake at the Gardens of Europe and the Pâquier.
Remember to check the times to collect your products.
The Courier Shopping Center is closed on Sundays, with hours of 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
You don't have to do the shopping day at the same time as the treasure hunt and the escape game. Once you have collected the treasure hunt from the store, you are free to do so according to your schedule. We nevertheless recommend doing it at the start of your stay.
