We have a hidden treasure in Ostuni, and we want to share it with you.
The medieval gardens are just below the historic centre, they overlook the sea, they are countryside: a magical place in which to deeply breathe history, nature and biodiversity. BioSolequo and WalkingWine invite you to discover the GRATA GARDENS, with a guided walk through wells, aquariums, ancient crops and modern recovery techniques.
It's time to enjoy the sunset in this magical place immersed in silence.
6.30pm start of walk (duration approximately 30 minutes), comfortable clothing is recommended
7.00 pm presentation of the week's wines + tasting of 1 glass of wine and organic products from the surrounding gardens (raw vegetables + a different dish each time)
8.00pm end of event

What To Expect
We will walk through the medieval peri-urban gardens of Ostuni, illustrating the thousand-year history of this place and the many local biodiversity recovery activities. At the end, an aperitif with products from the gardens and a glass of Apulian wine.
