Overview
The unique environment of Aquabike or Hidro-rider can help you reduce the risk of injury and increase fitness levels in ways that cannot be accomplished with land exercise alone. Your body weights about 10% of its land weight when up to your neck in water. Water creates resistance to movement in all directions through a full range of motion. Increase or decrease the intensity by changing the speed of your movements.
Water massages your muscles with every movement of your arms & legs. This action increases circulation, promotes relaxation & helps remove stress and tension.

What To Expect
When you are suspended in deep water there is no impact, as the effect of gravity on your lower back, hips, knees and ankles is removed. You are free to bike, run, walk and do a variety of exercises to raise your heart rate without the restrictions and pain associated with weight-bearing activity.
"Take it to the water" and reduce your risk of heart disease, injuries to your muscles or joints and improve the quality of life while you are visiting 1 Happy Island. In order to set your bike at your height, we kindly request you to be at our center 15 mins prior the activity start time, at 6:15 pm.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
