Instead, place your order for skis, snowboards, boots and helmets before you arrive and a technician will find a time that’s convenient for you and does a custom fitting in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. This package is for beginner level skiers. If you are a more experience skier or if you simply want to be on the highest quality gear, please select the Premium Ski Package.

What To Expect
You choose the time, you choose the place and a technician will arrive on time to custom fit your equipment in the comfort of your lodging. The service revolves entirely around your needs during your time in Banff and they offer deliveries anywhere between 7:30am to 9pm. In the rare event that there are any issues with your equipment, contact the local operator. When you are ready to return your equipment, just call and arrangements will be made for a ski concierge to swing over and collect all of your gear.
This package is for beginner level skiers. If you are a more experience skier or if you simply want to be on the highest quality gear, please select the Premium Ski Package.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
