The meet up location is at Chico's Isla Verde at 8:45AM. I will be there to meet guests and we will have a peaceful one-minute walk to the beach. Where we are going to start our magical yoga class.

What To Expect
We are going to have a magical yoga class with ocean view, working on breathwork, followed by a unique yoga sequence. A quick meditation with a sound bath, chanty and finishing the class with a spectacular shavasana.
