PUKANA SURF is one of the first surf schools in Peru. Our PERU, is a country of millenary tradition on the waves, from the pre-Inca cultures, the ancient Peruvians demonstrate how they had fun with the waves. PUKANA SURF is a experience you should try, our purpose is to show the world the riches of our coastline.

After going down stairs, you can see our pick up truck on the shores of Playa Makaha. Pukana surf is right in the middle of the beach, in front of "Terrazas" tennis club. For your safety, please don't trust the people at the entrance of the beach.

We can pick you up from any hotel or address in Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco district.

What To Expect

Surf rent includes all the necessary equipment> Everyone is given a wetsuit that is washed after each use and some boots (aqua shoes) to protect their feet from the stones. We also provide special soft boards for beginners or fiberglass boards for our most advanced surfers in all sizes | 9'4" | 9 '| 8 '| 7'4 "| 7'0" | 6'8 "| 6'2" | 6'0 "| 5'11" | 5'9 ". 

Surf rent is free time duration> People used to stay a couple of hours but feel free to use the equipment as long as you can.

Surf rent schedules> You can choose the schedule that fits best with your activities. We start working 8am in the morning until 6pm.

Location> We are located at Makaha Beach in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru. We are in front of terrazas Tennis Club. Please don't trust the people on the entrance of the beach, avoid them and come straight to our Pukana Surf tent.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  1. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
  2. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  3. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  4. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
