What To Expect
This yoga experience will be held at the beach. If you travel alone this is a great opportunity to meet new people and make some new international friends. Or maybe you are travelling with your friends and family and you want to spend a little special time with them apart from the Tourist attractions, or maybe you just need to get some fresh energy and relax in between your travel adventure.

In this session, we will be working on strength, flexibility, and balance, everything you need to keep your body healthy while travelling.
The class is made for ALL LEVELS
After the class, I will be here for you if you need information or a recommendation.
AND for your yoga pictures, my photography skills are getting with each session better ; )
