Overview
We'll begin the tour with a convenient pick-up from our office, located near the city center.From there, we'll make our way to Nina's house, located in the heart of Berat's historic castle.
Upon arrival at Nina's house, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome from our local host and expert cook.
The cooking class will begin with a brief introduction to the dishes we'll be preparing. You'll receive all the necessary ingredients and equipment, and our expert cook will guide you through each step of the process
You'll have the opportunity to prepare two or three traditional Albanian dishes, depending on your preferences and availability. Some possible dishes include Stuffed Eggplants , Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese), or Byrek
After the cooking is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy the meal you've prepared! At Nina's, we take pride in providing a friendly, welcoming, and educational environment for our guests

• Embark on a delightful culinary adventure starting from our office, where you'll be greeted before heading to the cozy home of Fredi and Nina, our hospitable hosts for the cooking class.
• Upon arrival, Fredi and Nina will warmly welcome you and provide a brief introduction to the traditional Albanian dishes you'll be preparing. Under their expert guidance, roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the hands-on experience of crafting these iconic dishes.
• After the preparation session, unwind and socialize with fellow participants while enjoying a refreshing drink.
• Finally, indulge in the mouthwatering meal you've created, culminating in a memorable dining experience.
• This enriching journey typically lasts approximately 3 hours, offering a perfect blend of culinary learning and relaxation.
