Meet some of the local vendors and, alongside Chef Alejandro, hand-select the finest ingredients for your cooking class. Return to your chef’s home, where you’ll create a mouthwatering traditional Peruvian ceviche (vegetarian options available) and pisco sour with stunning city views in the backdrop. Enjoy an interactive cooking class and learn insider tips with your chef before enjoying the fruits of your own labor!

What To Expect
We'll explore the Mendiburu Market to handpick the freshest ingredients for our ceviche and pisco sour. Next, we will head to your Chef’s Home in Miraflores for our interactive class. Each person will have their own workstation to prepare their ceviche, guided by our experienced chef. Additionally, he will teach you how to make our most popular drink, the "Pisco Sour". After the class, we will sit down to taste our creations and enjoy a good time with a nice city view.
