Explore breathtaking scenery from one of Sitka’s most stunning lakes, famous for its deep blue water and the majestic peaks that surround it. The lake is known for its vibrant blue color, which is created by glacial runoff.
You’ll be comfortable in the hands of your experienced and certified tour guide, who will begin your kayak trip with a paddle and safety introduction to ensure your safety and enjoyment throughout the tour!
Choose the length of the trip most suitable to your availability. For this tour, you can either choose a 4-hour or 6-hour adventure. Though you’ll get to take in the area’s natural beauty and explore Sitka’s Blue Lake with either option, with the 6-hour tour, you’ll get some extra paddle time as well as enjoy campfire hotdogs with your small tour group & friendly guide.

This tour takes you along Blue Lake, where you’ll discover scenic, towering waterfalls and sheer cliffs, as well as lush forests and abundant Sitka wildlife, including bald eagles, brown bears, and Sitka black-tailed deer.
