Our cooking workshop starts after tea and coffee service and a short introduction ceremony. First, we explain the ingredients of our appetizers ''meze'', then we cut, chop, mix, cook and put them on the serving plate. Then we move on to the main course, explain the ingredients and techniques, cook and plate the main course under the leadership of our chef. we set a pleasant table with what we do. while we eat, we enjoy with local wine and drinks. our cooking class ends with dessert and tea and coffee service.
