You will explore the canyon gorges, with waterfalls, rapids and breathtaking rock walls. You don't need experience, just the spirit of adventure! Feel the cool water on your skin and the adrenaline speeding up your heartbeat.
Once the body rafting is over, you will move - with your own vehicle - to the houses of the Mamme del Borgo: here you will savor the irresistible aromas of traditional Sicilian cuisine. The bright colors of the local ingredients will fill you with joy and the freshness of every bite will be tangible to the touch.
Discover the secrets of ancient recipes and share stories and laughs with Moms. The joy and gratitude for the flavors of Sicily will be overwhelming.

- Languages: the body rafting guide speaks English fluently, while the Village Mothers do not speak English but can only provide general information, in basic English, about the food prepared
- You will need to bring your swimsuit and beach towel with you
- The duration of body rafting is approximately two hours, but may vary depending on the abilities of the participants
- To carry out body rafting, children must have a minimum height of 1.50 centimeters and adults must have a maximum age of 55 years.
- Body rafting is not suitable for people with recent operations or trauma to the upper or lower limbs
- The evening cooking class starts at 6.30 pm in the summer months
- Dinner starts from 7pm onwards
- When booking, please communicate any intolerances or allergies
- A vegetarian menu is available on request
- You must have your own vehicle to travel from the body rafting tour to the cooking/dining activity.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
