As the activity is all self-guided through the app, you can start your Quest when you want (must be played during daylight hours), there is no set starting/ending times. No groups to follow.
You can go at your own pace, stopping for longer in one location, taking a break, or having a snack in one of the many cafes and pubs along the trail OR you can make it a race and try to get to the top of the city leaderboard!

Your Quest will begin at Brighton's 'Doughnut' sculpture next to the famous Brighton Palace Pier. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your Quest whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete during daylight hours.

Explore the streets of Brighton as your team unlocks a hidden trail, finding clues, solving puzzles & completing challenges, earning points along the way all self-guided through the GQA app. See the area's highlights, explore it's hidden gems and learn some insider history and fun facts along the way.
Your puzzle-filled adventure begins near the iconic Brighton Pier, winding you through the heart of the city centre streets, narrow alleyways and twittens of the famous Lanes, ending at the palatial Royal Pavilion. During your Quest, uncover a pioneering filmmaker, discover where ‘Jack The Ripper’ may have slept and learn how Brighton went from sleepy fishing village to a bustling Victorian seaside resort. There may even be a ghost story or two.
So get out of your beach hut, put on some comfy shoes and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Manchester Quest..
This is an ideal outdoor activity for couples, families, groups of friends, and can be the perfect team building activity.
