Overview
The canyons are usually quite steep, with spectacular rock walls on either side and a series of waterfalls along the way. Some water jumps form natural slides (TOBOGA) from which you can descend with a minimum of effort and great fun. The goal of the Guide is to make you have fun and feel in total safety, to make you grow independently from your initial level.

What To Expect
Bau Mela is a granite canyon located in the Gennargentu Villagrande Strisalis. La Forra is a small jewel, you will spend an unforgettable day along high walls to descend by rope and natural pools.
Once the group is formed, the necessary equipment is handed over (wetsuit, helmet and harness) and we approach the entrance of the canyon with a 5-minute walk.
The river begins to take on the characteristics of a gorge, with high and majestic walls that accompany us towards the first waterfall 10 meters high.
We begin to move inside the canyon by diving from the rocks along the course and descending small waterfalls in ropes.
When we reach the third jump, the gaze will be captured by a beautiful natural pool, the largest of the entire route.
Here, if time permits, we can install a zip line.
After a few steps we reach the last part of the canyon where a spectacular toboggan awaits us.
Once we reach the bottom of the valley, we follow a fairly obvious path that takes us to the meeting point in just 10 minutes.
It is suitable for beginners, it remains an unmissable excursion for lovers of wild nature, canyoning and Sardinia.
