Our meeting point will be at Calafate Airport from where you will depart to El Chalten, on a private transfer. This fantastic transfer will be provided on a very comfortable 4 x 4 vehicle, it is available for any flight times, and will make stops at the best viewpoints along the road. Embark on an unforgettable journey along Route 40 from Calafate to El Chaltén. For this second day you have the possibility of choosing between an excursion to Lago del Desierto & Glacier Huemul or a Packraft navigation. Lago del Desierto is like a big turquoise gem tucked amidst the Andean peaks. Its tranquil waters reflect the rugged beauty of the surroundings, offering a peaceful escape for nature lovers. Nearby, Glaciar Huemul adds a touch of drama with its massive ice formations and crevasses, showcasing the powerful forces of nature in Patagonia. Together, they create a stunning landscape that's both captivating and unforgettable, drawing adventurers from around the world to experience the wild beauty of this remote region. Packraft is a 4-5 hr day tour, it combines short forest trek in the area of laguna Condor and paddling in individual boats enjoying spectacular landscape and stunning views.

This day you can choose between the two most iconic trekkings of Chalten, your guide will also advise which one is better depending on the weather conditions.
