Overview
On Dec. 30th and 31st, there will be the largest and longest international fireworks display in Chiangmai, with over 4000 fireworks set off from the lake. It's a large scale of the event which offers about 4500 seats.
Before the firework show, you will get a chance to learn Lana's lifestyle story by watching a great show, "Impression of Lana's Glory".
Then you can enjoy the spectacular international fireworks.
17:30–18:00: Pick up at Polytech-Lanna in Chiang Mai.
18:30–19:30: Arrive and enjoy Lanna traditional folk art performance.
19:30–20:30: Enjoy authentic Lanna Thai food, snacks, desserts and beverages.
20:30–21:30: Enjoy the concert "Reflecting the Happiness of the Past".
21:30–22:00: Enter the ritual space in front of the grand pagoda by the lake to prepare for the ancient Lanna show.
22:00–23:40: Enjoy the show "Impression of the Glory of Lanna".
23:40–23:50: Join in with the praying and make some wishes.
24:00: Witness a spectacular international fireworks display.

Please arrive at lanna polytechnic chiangmai and check your ticket. Then you will need to wait in line to get in the vehicle and tranfer to the event venue.

What To Expect
This is a grand New Year countdown celebration which will take place on December 30th and 31st, 2024. You can experience the special Thai style New Year celebration. During the period, over 4000 fireworks will be set off from the lake. You can enjoy local performers show, immersing yourself in lana culture, traditions, and local lifestyles. There are also fun temple activities. You can light up a ceremonial cup lamps to make good wish for the comming new year.
