Gourmet seafood lunch, then our afternoon highlight that will educate and inspire you with an appreciation of the natural environment in a 'critically endangered ecological community'. Learn about ‘bushtucker’, listen to the sounds of the didgeridoo, experience water divining and check out Australia’s cutest animal, the native pygmy breeding program. End the day visiting the region of Big Swamp – a ‘listed Wetlands of Australian Significance’ site, enjoy a local drop or two relishing the peace and serenity of the region.
