It is special join of outdoor activity and indoor relax based on ancient slavic- norwegian sauna ceremony style provided privately (sauna is only for you in this time) and guided by terapist Martaline
In summer - in our lake is no ICE. In winter, the lake is frozen and we maintain the ice plunge.
The sauna itself is outdoor nomadic style (not little as sweat lodge but more bigger and luxurious)
The relax afterwards can be enjoyed in mongolian yurt or relax rooms.
The guided ceremony takes apr. 120 Minutes (2 hours)

Begin your adventure in the cozy confines of a charming yurt or a serene ritual room, where Martaline shares a 10 -minute introduction to breathwork and techniques essential for conquering the invigorating jump into the natural lake.
Following the enlightening session, transition to an outdoor sauna designed in the banja style, inspired by Slavic steam saunas. Martaline, the esteemed steam master, curates a sensory experience by preparing special fresh birch water and various sauna aroma infusions. Indulge in up to 15 minutes of sauna bliss, enhanced with optional birch branch massages or invigorating bamboo stick Chaolin Monk massages. This cycle repeats three times, culminating in the thrilling opportunity to plunge into the icy lake on the third round.
After the invigorating ritual, take time to unwind and rejuvenate in the dedicated relaxation rooms, where you can savor delectable snacks, fresh fruits, or soothing tea. All the while, bask in the views of the Matterhorn, drawing inspiration from the picturesque surroundings.
