Yoko, a seasoned instructor who has welcomed over 1,200 guests since 2015, will also guide you through making classic miso soup with her homemade miso, two side dishes, and the Japanese omelet "tamagoyaki," all ending with a delightful dessert. With her extensive teaching background in Japan and abroad, Yoko ensures you gain deep insights into Japanese cuisine and lifestyle. This inclusive class also offers printed recipes to recreate your dishes at home.
