We will begin our journey in the charming garden of the historic court, where you will be introduced to our sustainable vineyard cultivation practices and the fascinating history of the court and its medieval tower. Following this, you will tour our cellar to learn about the meticulous process behind crafting our renowned Valpolicella, Recioto, and Amarone wines.
After the tour, join your professional chef in our dedicated cooking area to create traditional Italian dishes like fresh pasta and risotto. She will share the stories of our ingredients and their producers, enriching your culinary adventure. Finally, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor, perfectly paired with wines from our cellar.
