We'll spend 3 to 4 enjoyable hours together, so nothing better than having always a glass full of wine in our hands.

What's Included
- One bottle of high-quality red or white wine per pair.
- Bottled water
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting, followed by artigian bread.
- Pasta: Tagliatelle served with a perfectly crafted Pomodoro Sauce and Tagliatelle served with a special Parmigiano Reggiano Sauce. Dessert: Tiramisù

What To Expect
Join us for a warm experience at the chef's home in Milan. Learn the art of picking great ingredients and enjoy tasting Italy's finest olive oil and balsamic vinegar with artisan bread.
Then, have fun making handmade pasta using eggs, flour, and a special machine. Cook up two classic Italian dishes, a traditional Pomodoro sauce, and Parmigiano Reggiano sauce.
Discover the rich history of Italian cuisine as you create the famous Tiramisu, and enjoy it for dessert with a bottle of lovely Italian wine.
The chef, devoted to perfection, uses top-quality ingredients—Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 months or more, single-origin DOP Olive Oil, and 3-medal Balsamic vinegar aged 12 years.
Wrap up the day with a cozy family dinner, savoring the results of your efforts. Immerse yourself in a relaxed setting, where you can chat, meet new friends, and hear genuine stories about a chef's life in a restaurant kitchen.
