Overview
Our Cooking Class will be the highlight of your trip to Italy. You will learn all the traditional recipes handed down by my grandmother with my secrets and tricks as a Chef.
You will be accommodated in our classic Villa in Amalfi with a large panoramic terrace on the coast.
You will also visit our terrace garden where you will collect all the organic products we will cook, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, eggplants and other seasonal products. This Class is also suitable for children, you will understand how we only cultivate and cook seasonal products.

What To Expect
Are you looking for a Cooking Class on the Amalfi Coast that allows you to live a unique experience?Villa Nina Cooking Class is the right choice for you!
You will discover what is behind the typical Italian and Amalfi Coast cuisine and prepare the tasty dishes on the menu in a wonderful kitchen set up outdoors overlooking the sea!The Classes begin with a visit to our garden and a brief introduction to agriculture, where particular attention is given to the importance of the seasonality of the product and to the product itself.This is an obligatory premise to be able to better appreciate the fresh products,some picked directly from the garden. Let's wash our hands and begin preparing and shaping the dough for the Ravioli and Scialatielli in the refrigerator.This will be followed by cutting and preparing the sauce with the typical Piennolo and San Marzano cherry tomatoes which will give that touch of uniqueness to the dish!We will immediately move to the kitchen to emulsify the essential ingredients for the typical Amalfi lemon ice cream.Our doughs are relaxed and ready to make the main protagonists of this Cooking Class with our hands: the Ravioli....
