What To Expect
Guided by our Florentine Chef Valentino and entertained and instructed by our Sommelier Gabriele, you will learn how to prepare three traditional fresh pasta dishes: butter and sage potato tortelli, potato gnocchi with fresh tomatoes, tagliatelle with seasonal sauce. Combine your meal with a glass of wine and complete your lunch preparing a Tiramisù. We will provide you everything you need to enjoy your experience including a comfortable apron.
