12:00pm Take a short trip to the d’Arenberg Cube, here you will find 360° views over McLaren Vale, the Willunga Hills and the Gulf of St Vincent. Begin with ‘The Dead Arm Distinction’ - a curated self guided wine tasting including the current release and three amazing back vintage examples of this highly awarded flagship wine. You will discover why this iconic wine has received accolades from wine critics and judges all over the world. 12:30pm Enjoy a casual two-course lunch from the Singapore Circus team. Our chef will select a number of dishes for you to share, paired with your choice of wine. 1:30pm From here your day takes a surreal turn, explore original bronze sculptures and graphic artworks from surrealist master, and titan of modern art Salvador Dalí. Discover the Alternate Realties Museum of the d’Arenberg Cube, where a self-guided exploration will take you through a space filled with wall to wall art installations designed to excite and awaken your senses.

11:00am Arrive at the award winning distillery Settlers Spirits where you will learn how individually steeped botanicals and precision blending contribute to the freshness and purity of artisan gins. Sit down to a personally curated gin flight accompanied with a locally sourced artisan cheese plate.
