International Arrivals: 90 minutes post scheduled flight time arrival
Domestic Arrival: 30 minutes post scheduled flight time arrival
International Departures: 3.5 hours prior to scheduled flight departure time
Domestic Departures: 2.5 hours prior to scheduled flight departure time
Pick up points will be notified a day prior to scheduled booking.
Booking expires after 20 minutes of scheduled time if customer doesn’t show up or have not been in contact.

- Pick-Up Preparation: Travellers to ensure they are ready at the designated pick-up location at the specified time.
- Driver Arrival: The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point, with easy identification to facilitate recognition by the travelers.
• Pick-Up: The driver greets the travelers, assists with luggage if needed, and confirms the destination. Any special requests or preferences (such as preferred route or stops) are addressed at this time.
• Journey: The journey proceeds as per the booked itinerary. Driver ensures a safe and comfortable ride
• Arrival/Drop-Off: The driver arrives at the destination, assists with unloading luggage, and ensures the travelers has safely disembarked.
• Completion: The service concludes with the travelers confirming the satisfactory completion of the journey.
• Feedback Request: After the journey, the service provider may solicit feedback from the travelers to gauge satisfaction and improve future service.
