This is without any doubt the most amazing road in all over Cape Verde, This basalt stone built 1962 to connect the north and south of the island, a road full of stunning and magnificent landscapes, with narrow passages and deep canyons and a very rich flora with trees such as pine, eucalyptus, Mimose, Acacia, among others.
