We will accompany you to discover "the black gold of Modena" and where, solely from the milk of our cows, the most famous cheese in the world, its majesty Parmigiano Reggiano, is produced.
If all this is not enough for you, you will be accompanied on board comfortable e-bikes, thus savoring the beauty of the area and having stories and anecdotes of our places told to you.

What To Expect
An e-bike tour suitable for everyone through the streets of Modena and its surroundings to discover the city, Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
We will start from the Ferrari Park in Modena and on our bikes we will reach a dairy where Parmigiano Reggiano Dop is produced and we will take you through a complete journey to discover all the phases of the creation of Parmigiano Reggiano.
We will enter the dairy during processing and witness the making of the Parmigiano wheels. We will then have the opportunity to taste it right there where it is produced.
Afterwards we will always move on board our e-bikes to the gates of the city, in the generous Modena countryside and we will visit the oldest family location of vinegar producers in Modena.
Here you can live a unique experience that combines history, tradition and craftsmanship.
You will get to know the history of the family up close, you will discover the rooms where the priceless black gold is kept and you will taste the result of years of barrel aging.
Return to Modena again at the Ferrari Park.
