With the help of our friendly hosts, you will enjoy a one hour experience where you will create your own cocktail in our beautiful historical basement bar.
You will learn how to make the famous 'Bramble' cocktail with instruction from our hosts in a fun and vibrant environment.
Sample artisanal, locally made sweet treats to complement your drinks, including flavored marshmallows and macarons.
learn about how gin is created, and what makes a great drink, as well as more about our history of gin production.

What To Expect
Get to know the story of the famous Eden Mill 'Love Gin' and enjoy three delicious cocktails one of which you’ll make yourself and two created by our in-house mixologists.
Watch the masters at work as you sample locally created artisanal marshmallows and macarons, which pair perfectly with your cocktails.
During this session, you’ll get to hear the story of how Love Gin came to be and the botanicals we use to craft it.
This is a hands-on, engaging and entertaining cocktail masterclass, where you will learn about how to make a perfect cocktail using professional bar tools, garnishes and flavour add-ins!
