Aida will thoroughly explain each Czech dish, wine, the main ingredients, and the flavors of the region. By the end of the class, you will have learned valuable information about Czech cuisine and feel confident to recreate the dishes at home.

What To Expect
Experience the comforting flavors of Czech cuisine with your passionate host and cooking teacher, Aida, in a charming 400-year-old building. You will learn to make a traditional Czech dish and then enjoy a wonderful warm dinner with fellow food lovers. A spread of Czech appetizers, farm cheeses, smoked meats, and local fruit brandy will keep you going throughout the workshop.
