What To Expect

In an intimate group of up to 5 people, our chef will personally guide you in selecting the freshest ingredients in one of the worlds greatest markets. After shopping, we’ll head back to our kitchen and dining room.
First, learn to craft a traditional Spanish Sangria as you learn the secrets behind this classic drink. As you mix and sip, you will enjoy personalized attention from our chef while you savor seasonal tapas.
Next, put on your apron for a hands-on paella masterclass. Discover the techniques behind this famous dish in a small, interactive setting. Once your masterpiece is complete, enjoy the meal on our private rooftop terrace (weather permitting).
To finish, enjoy a delicious Spanish dessert and a farewell toast. We’ll then send you home with all the recipes, so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
