?Between the months of January to April, June to Agosto and October to December, truffle mature underground in the estates woods of Chianti, sending out a distinct aroma.
We offer you the opportunity to participate in a real treasure hunt for this precious tuber, accompanied by an expert guide and his truffle dogs specially trained to detect the tubers appreciated for their delicate aroma and taste.
It all starts with a warm welcome and an introduction to this much sought-after tuber before setting off to find it while discovering the Tuscan countryside.
It is not only for those who like to grow, but is an exciting way to get in touch with Tuscan nature.
After the hunt, you will have a guided tour of the estate, from the grapes in the vines to the finished bottles in the cellar. During the wine tasting, pair with truffle dishes, you will taste a wide palette of wines
