The procedure of the Berber massage
It takes place in several phases. The first focuses on the feet and legs with a bath of lukewarm water infused with plants with relaxing medicinal properties. A tea or herbal tea with Moroccan herbs accompanies you during this restorative moment.
Then comes the time to massage your entire body with fatty oils like argan oil. Different essential oils are added depending on the desired objective. Everything is slightly heated before application to the body for greater comfort and effectiveness. The massager applies light pressure for deep work, without disturbing the feeling of relaxation and decompression
