What To Expect
Full description
Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook some dishes of Vietnamese foods. After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and prepared side dishes.
The class isn’t difficult to follow. For instance some of the ingredients are pre-portioned by the friendly assistants for easy assembly. At your stations, you prepare four local dishes with the help of our recipes.
*** Tour Itinerary:
- 10:30 / 16:30: Enjoy welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.
- 13:30 / 19:30 : Cooking class end
*** Cooking class menu:
1. Papaya Salad
2. Hội An Spring Rolls
3. Hoi An rice pancake
4. Chicken with lemongrass
5. Steam Rice
6. Dessert : Fresh Fruit
