Overview
I will introduce you to the world of organic olive oil production. You will experience the whole process how is produced one of the best olive oil in the world (FLOS OLEI-from 2013 to 2019, BIOL 2017-best croatian organic olive oil) from visiting the olive groves and getting acquainted with the world of olive growing, to the professionally guided olive oil tasting in our tasting room. Since I'm a Chef, I will teach you how to combine different sorts od olive oils with different food.

What To Expect
Olea Prima Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We will visit our beatiful olive field with a stunning view to the Adriatic sea where you will learn more about the history of the area, organic olive growing and challenges to grow organically, and our tasks to do in the fields during the year. After the visit to the field, we will get in our cozy tasting room where you will learn how to taste the olive oil like the professionals do and try our homemade products.
