- Not recommended for pregnant travelers

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Pick up from Hotel of Lakeside Pokhara. For pick up from hotels outside Lakeside, additional cost will be charged.
- Pick up time will be provided you some days before the paragliding date.
- Generally flight start at 9 am.
- Please provide the name of hotel during booking.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
