What To Expect
You will know and savor the Sardinian flavors and traditions linked to the art of a simple and long-lived life, the cooking demonstration and the menu will be a journey into the tradition belonging to the Blue Zones. Cooking demonstration will take place
inside a late nineteenth century courtyard house. Cristiana and Silvia, passionate about cooking, will welcome you into an ancient house and its garden to spend an evening in the company of other travellers, in the name of good food and good wine. We will gather around a welcoming table to savor dishes and flavors of when life flowed slowly in a timeless house immersed in the scents of the aromatic plants of the garden and in the stories of its materials.
The house was built by expert hands with precious clays that set spaces of daily life full of beauty, a place of past and present tales and stories. We are waiting for you
