Overview
Why come and cook for me? Because you will learn traditional dishes in an authentic Sicilian cuisine with an authentic Sicilian cook/mother. I live in a house with a flowery garden in Bagheria, which is not far from Palermo. If you want to relax, learn and have fun this is the experience for you.

What To Expect
We will make an appetizer, a first course and a dessert together. We can prepare a plate of fettuccine or potato gnocchi with a delicious sauce, we will make eggplants parmigiana and for dessert tiramisu or almond biscuits. We can prepare vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and for anyone with food allergy problems. Everything will be in an atmosphere of serenity, joy and good humor.

- My kitchen is open to anyone who wants to experience and immerse themselves in the Sicilian culinary culture rich in contaminations of the various peoples who have lived there. I will explain the dishes you will cook and tell you their history and origin.
