Our journey begins at the historic Windsor Castle, a royal residence with a history spanning over 1,000 years. This iconic castle, founded by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, has been the home of 39 monarchs, making it the longest-occupied palace in Europe.

Nearby, we encounter the charming Crooked House, an architectural curiosity dating back to 1592. This leaning structure, offers a delightful stop for visitors. Adjacent to the Crooked House stands the Guildhall, designed by Sir Christopher Wren in 1689. This historical building, with its elegant red brick façade and classical columns, has hosted many royal ceremonies and significant events, making it a testament to Windsor's rich heritage.

Windsor Parish Church St. John the Baptist

Next, we visit the start of the Long Walk, a picturesque tree-lined avenue stretching over two and a half miles from Windsor Castle to the Copper Horse statue of King George III.
