Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 15 min after arrival time. The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the port unless we are informed that there have been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. That is a total of 30 minutes of free waiting time after the cruise has arrived. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 45 minutes the customer cannot be contacted or does not respond, this will result in a customer no-show, and a refund will no longer be possible. What To Expect
We contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary we can adjust the pick-up time and location at the customer's request.
We make sure that the driver will be on time at the pick-up location.
We are sending you our driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
When picking up from Dover Port, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board.
The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
When the driver meets the passenger, he will help him with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
