Overview
Our programme utilises horses to identify and then develop the best version of ourselves.
Our emotional connection with animals spans history, but why do we use horses? How can horses provide insightful and meaningful learning without uttering a single word?
As prey animals, horses are constantly alert to potential danger and are extremely perceptive of their environment and those around them. They are also herd animals; highly aware of the intentions and non-verbal communication of others. These non-verbal cues are facilitated by our executive coaches to encourage you to explore responses to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. They respond honestly and in the moment, providing a non-judgmental mirror for how we present ourselves, and importantly, how we are perceived as leaders.

These results are achieved in an accelerated time frame due to a unique process for assessing and mastering these skills. We use horses as a tool to harness change and get tangible results. Horses reflect and respond to our intentions and behaviors. This allows to see and feel the results of our core skills in action giving you a unique tool to assess your current skill set and practice new ones. With the help of Zara’s facilitation, you will: Identify the skill gaps.
Acquire and learn different tools and strategies to build the new skill
Practice the new skill and see it in action with the horse.
The process can be rolled out in a 1 day workshop and will allow you to go back into the workplace with your new skill already tried and tested.
