Krishnaraja Sagar (KRS) Dam
Krishnaraja Sagar Dam (KRS): It was built across the river Cauvery and named after Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV. It was constructed in 1934 by the chief engineer Sir M. Visvesvaraya.
